Never heard of these being rented, mind you I would have thought most valet businesses worth their salt would have shelled out to buy one, as they are worth their weight in gold.

Yeh is was myself that phoned. Didnt manage to get one. Not shelling out best part of 400 notes for a little job. Spoke to AS again, but my local rep has just started the job (within a week) and so hes not able to rent one. Doing everything by the books id guess.

Decided to use some aresol type product by AS. One squirt fills the whole car, or so im told. Probably a very cheap alternative. Describes them to be different to 'oust' type products. One can lasts 7 cars? Will post the results as they may prove very benefitial indeed!

Cheers anyway!

DAN I don't wish to burst your bubble, but the spray cans are air freshers and as such mask the underlying problem, admittedly for a few days but thats only long enough to draw the money and leave.

The Aromatic uses odour neutralising chemicals, these work on the problem at source and so it doesn't come back, at least if the interior has been cleaned properly in the first place. These work by filling the interiors completely and even permeating through the fabrics, carpets and seats to totally get to the smell and sort it, the spray will only work on the surfaces.

As for the £400, doing interiors is one of the easiest jobs going and removing smells like smoke/nicotine is simple and effective and is all taken care of while you have a cuppa, you only need about 10 jobs and the machine is paid for, I certainly wouldn't book a job I wasn't equipped to do.
