Quick spray LSP top up

Hi folks

Looking for advice on a quick solution to topping up the LSP throughout the year.

Tend to have time to fully detail the car once a year, if that and when I do I'm still using some DJ supernatural that I've had for years. It tends to fade in terms of beading in a few months so I keep the beading going with BSD at the moment. I want to swap to Fusso but refuse to waste a pot of wax that cost a fair bit.

Before I buy another 5L of BSD is there anything that lasts a bit longer and is quick to apply? I find BSD lasts 2-3 weeks with a weekly wash.

Read a lot about bouncers done and dusted (is this concentrated? Seems mega expensive), chemical guys v7 (around £15 more for 5l compared to BSD), considering infinity wax rapid detailer as this can be diluted 1:5 and makes it better value than BSD, just don't know about length of protection.

Ideally the longest lasting solution as long as it stacks up in terms of cost is what I'm after. Has anyone done a real life test of a few products like that chap did with the horse box and waxs/sealants?

I use AG's Aqua Wax - last's about two weeks - and it's great for a top up.

Read the original post as he wants something that lasts longer than 3 weeks and not shorter.

Cheers, looks like it’s around £15 more for 5l than BSD, what’s the durability like?

Do you dilute this? At £80 for 5l I’d like to hear it lasts 2.5 times longer than BSD, so about 2 months? Or I can’t get the numbers to stack

Thinking I’ll go with infinity rapid at £30 for 5l and then diluted at 1:5 it sounds good value considering I’ve been paying similar for BSD but using it neat..infinity will be a 5th of the price

BSD isn't strictly a detailer and more of a sealant so the others you mention won't offer the same longevity/protection as BSD.

The "SiO2" (so called) spray on, wipe off sealants are well worth a look. Or you could look at Bilt Hamber Hydra Wax. The bottle it comes in will accept a standard spray head so it can be used as a spray wax very easily, a little goes a long way and it lasts well.
