The previous gen was nicer. As with most new cars, they appear to have let 56 different people design it, so not to offend anyone. I'm sure it'll be a fine car, Hondas often are, just stop 'styling' it ffs!

noooooooo... that front quarter shot makes it look quite tall and odd.

Not a fan of the new civic looks either.

They could have done a lot better.

Wheels are too small, it's too tall, not aggressive enough, pathetic power output for a "sport" etc etc.

My daughter has the Si, very practical, comfortable and surprisingly chuckable - not that I ever have of course but the 3rd gen just looks contrived.

I'm seriously considering a 2009 1.4 EX at the moment as a daily run around, shame the Si model isn't in budget or i'd have one of them.

A Jazz sport.
Say those words to yourself again.

A
Jazz
Sport.

Isn't that a bit like putting go faster stripes on a commode?

Surely by making it too "sporty" they risk losing the people that buy them, 70 year old Grandmothers who want something reliable and not jiggly to go to Morrison's in.

Honda have done this on many of their models over a number of years though, where the sport refers to styling and not much else, such as the Accord Sport, Civic Sport, the 2nd Gen Jazz Sport...

There's the Type R for the big boys.

Even Mugen couldn't do a half decent job with the 3rd Gen Jazz.
