I had the same, but I collected.

I put it in the boot of the car, 15mins later my spare wheel well was wet.

Suppose it's a spray so technically aerosol lol, just seems to be a long list of mess ups from ECP

Power Maxed great products + ECP pi@s poor service = less people buying from them in the future.

Is it an ECP issue or a Powermaxed issue?

Surely the bottles should be supplied to ECP to send out individually without leaking?

Other suppliers all send out bottles laid horizontally and don't suffer with leakage.

Was and is ECP at fault 1L bottles were supplied by Power Maxed to ECP with screw-on caps that never leaked and additional spray heads, problem was ECP couldn't be bothered sending the spray heads to individual branches with the bottles.
Now Power Maxed are supplying 1L bottles with just the spray heads because ECP keep "losing" them.
My suggestion to Power Maxed would be to supply the 1L bottles with the screw-on cap and just tape the spray head to the side of the bottle.
This would avoid a lot of hassle.

What can I say... one issue resolved, now another... Obviously they received the stock without it leaking, and we cannot control the stock once its accepted into another warehouse as anything could happen to them.

However, I will get our team to contact them on this, as its not acceptable.

In the meantime Simo, can you send me your details and ill get a replacement bottle sent out to you.

I spent an hour and a half on there online chat today trying get trigger head from 5 weeks ago and a replacement for the leaked product this week.In my opinion the person was more interested in me leaving them feedback as kept sending me links with there name for feedback than sorting the problem.

Had go and find the invoice from 5 weeks ago and send pic of it before they send out the trigger head. There sending out a replacement head now and another for the leaked product but wasn't worth the hassle of trying explain it to the person on there live chat. They kept asking for a picture of the trigger head I didn't receive but I don't know how they thought I could send pix of something I dont have.

I had emailed but got no reply

cant you look at getting some quality retailers ? ecp are a bit of a joke for customer service and thier sloppyness will not help you , average joe will just try something else when he receives a soggy box and a shrug from the seller
