You can buy it direct from PM, service is excellent.
The benefit of ECP despite their amazing service is that they are cheap

Can't say I have ever had issues with ECP. Must have done 50 or so orders in my life with them. All have been delivered as people are usually queuing out the door at my local one everyday. They normally overpackage stuff if anything!

I think the solution for this, now that the trigger heads are pre-attached, is to click and collect on PM bottles. But for a lot of people, this isn't an option.

The problem is really that the bottles+triggers aren't transport safe; otherwise they wouldn't leak in the first place.

In the meantime Simo, can you send me your details and ill get a replacement bottle sent out to you.
Thank you for the kind offer, I have been away from home for a few weeks so apologies for the late reply..

There is no need for a replacement to be sent, I managed to decant one of the bags into a spare bottle I had around.

I am fully aware this isn't a PM issue fortunalty from being a member of this forum and reading up on ECP and yourself. However as someone has mentioned to the average Joe, they would just return and refund and move on to another product especially after the second box arrived in the same condition as the first.

These bottles should be supplied separately from the triggers, this will easily sort out the problem, they are heavy bottles (over 1kg) so unless packaged superbly will in most cases leak. From the pics posted already it looks like ECP just throw the stuff into boxes without any thought as to how they will survive the journey!

Not rocket science when you think about it really!

ECP are very hit and miss. Sometimes they arrive as they do direct from PM with a screw cap, but without the spray heads, and now with the appropriate spray head but fitted.

They always send them in stupidly sized boxes with no filling so the bags can just bounce about inside.

I recently ordered 4 meguiars 500/750ml products, all individually bagged but in a box that was 700x500mm. Rattling around inside they were

ECP have stated that they are no longer stocking the TFR 5L concentrate
I guess they realised how much they were losing out on when the 30% promos were on!
