the face you make when they call you and say the wheels are back from the powdercoaters

Here they are

Started mounting them

Clean arches always help

Black coated wheel weights

All done

Much more suited to my likings now and my style now. *I have more plans for it, so stay tuned

Cheers

As with your other builds this again is another amazing thread.

Quality of work is outstanding as usual.

The interior on this is stunning.

Hello guys. Been some days that i was ready to update my build threads of all the cars, when I logged in to my threads, and saw all my pics gone missing. I thought i had gone overboard with bandwidth, but then I also remembered, that i have a premium account, so that doesnt happen. Long story short, I figured out what PhotoBucket had done.

So, currently, more than 8-9 years of build threads are useless. All that work and effort is lost.
And what is more, Photobucket gave us NO warning, nor did they send their thoughts on this change whatsoever
.

I accept paying for using one's services. I dont accept being bullied into doing it, in such a non-professional way.

I cant tell right now how I will continue blogging my build threads, but i wil definitely WONT be paying photobucket not 400, but not even a single cent.

Cheers

Mike

Mike, that sucks about Photobucket.

All is not lost though, your pics are still available so you might be able to grab them still, or view them. If you place your mouse over PhotoBucket warning image and then right click then select "Open link in new tab" if you're using Internet Explorer or with Firefox right click and select "Open link in new private window" you can view the images.

It certainly does suck! I have the same issue though not on such a large scale as you.

It's happening on many forums.

The Cliosport forum for example is giving the users the ability to alter their photo links if requested.

I suggest moving all your photo's over to another account and editing the links.

Appreciate that is a LOT of work but it's the only 'free' way to get things on track.

I've just opened a Flickr account and I'm moving all my photo's over there.

Let the Golf and A1 thread aside, the Audi A4 alone, is 8 years of work, documented in a build thread. It cannot be done. Not unless i quit my job for a month, and do just that. Again, not sure if it can be done.

Photobucket will not get away with this I suspect. Someone will have the time and resources to go after them and sue them.
