New alloys help !

A friend this morning arrived with 4 brand new Riva DTM alloys.
Required to seal with C5.
No problem, Fully decon, clayed by G3 mitt &BH med clay, rewashed and dried.

The face off the alloys were clean , nothing on the clay bar, The barrels however the clay bar was black, lacquer over spray maybe , so reclayed the barrels again and the clay was cleaner.
So DA 6 , white hex loc pad and Megs UC. Hells bell the pad was black.

Any ideas guy's what is causing this after a through clean .

OK the answer

1 beautiful BMW Z4 with the wheels fitted.

After contacting the manufacturer of the wheels it turns out there is no clear coat on the barrel of these wheels .
What i think of this i cannot print on this forum, The rims are now sealed with C5
