Werkstat question.

Hi guys,

I still have a Werkstat Acrylic kit, I haven't used it much as had a bit of a lull in keeping my car in decent condition due to other life commitments. Now I have some time to myself I am looking to get back into the swing of things.

From using the search function I have found the original guide from your website of how to apply it all.

What I was wondering is can Werkstat prime be applied using a DA at all?
The original guide states a Meguiar's microfiber applicator by hand, which I have done before.

I always apply it using a finishing pad on a DA. No problem at all and will save your arms.

Our how to use instructions for Werkstat Prime were exactly the same as for its replacement in our store, Carlack Complete; see here for details...

This stuff sounds good anyone care to share their experiences.
What would be best to top it with as an LSP

Carlack Long Life is the "system" choice.

Can this be used on single stage paints? Got a red single stage to try and protect the best we can and this looks good.

Yep, it sure can, although the carnauba-containing version (linked below) would be an even better bet, as it'll enhance the richness of the finish a lot more and really make it pop. Simply top it with a good quality carnauba wax for best results...
