water lying in 1 section of garage

hi

i have a newbuild house and garage, and use the garage daily with cars coming in and out wet, in 1 section towards the back of the garage there is a section where the water must run down and gather too and doesnt move or evaporate unless really warm weather,

I have a powerfloated floor finish which is painted over, Just wonder is there any way I could sort this easily? I am planning to get a blow heater soon for the winter months and I guess this would dry the water up too but is there any other methods
