IPA or normal bodyshop style panel wipe the cheaper options, the branded versions will do a good job as well, might smell nicer etc but 5l panel wipe is about £15 quid delivered on the bay of e

So normal panel wipe is the same as gyeon prep, gtechniq panel wipe, carpro eraser etc

IPA and IPA based products (like eraser) are not the same as panel wipe

If anyone watched Kelly from KDS's waxstock 2015 machining seminar you'll know what I'm on about

Normal panel wipe is very similar to gtechniq panel wipe (although some claim gtechniq is better).

Eraser and gyeon prep are IPA based cleaners and while they claim to be as good, they are not.

I stopped using eraser after the waxstock demo, didn't see the point after seeing how much that it actually removes.

Money no object Gtech PW, but Spies and hecker is meant to be good

I'm currently using envy filler killer, but not 100% if that one is alcohol based or not. Sure smells nice tho
