Appalling customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, this is beyond a joke now, your customer service is an absolute disgrace.

3 weeks ago I ordered 2 Lake Country purple foamed wool pads. You sent 1. I emailed to advise that you sent 1 and not 2. I waited a few days, no reply. I then called to be told by the person who answered the phone - "Yes I got your email but haven't got around to replying..."

So after advising that I received 1 pad the guy had no idea why and would sent one out and find out what happened.

I waited, still no pad. I called AGAIN to be told that there was only 1 left in the box and that's why I received one and you had none left!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean for goodness sake, that is pathetic! You took my money no problem, couldn't be bothered to ask me if I wanted a refund or couldn't be bothered to advise me that there was only one left.

I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE SECOND PAD. It's been 3 weeks, so what the hell is going on?

Nah, I completely agree with you!

£8 is still an hour's wage for some and it isn't fair for any company to treat a customer like this dispite the amount.

Sounds like a genuine mistake which has been poorly dealt with.
Basically they have your cash and you don't have the goods.
Not good for them if they don't put right.

Might only be £8 but it would stop me ordering from this lot if this is how they treat their customers.

Same there is no excuse what so ever for poor service, every company can make a mistake it how they deal with that make them great.

Its about time the retailers catch on that poor service to 1 customer is 1 too many, can take years to get a good reputation and look what happened here their rep is falling fast in my book.
