CYC thinking of the customer.

Just got a phone call from CYC about an order I put in. I placed an order for the Vertool Forced Drive DA Sonax kit a 75mm DA backing plate and some 80mm spot pads.
I was asked if I was aware that the 75mm backing plate wouldn’t fit the Vertool FD as they didn’t want me to be disappointed when the goods arrived.
I explained that the 75mm backing plate was going to be used on my DAS6 just as a spot pad machine.

I think that is great customer service from CYC, cheers.

Just plugged the Vertool in, in the kitchen to make sure it worked. Back in it's box now. Roll on warmer days.

I really like the black pad they sent with it
Thought it was really good for applying glazes and liquid waxes

I didn’t realise that the Vertool came with a pad. The red Sonax cut pad feels really hard, I bet that pad with the Cutmax will remove most defects.
I’ll think I will try the Vertool with a pre wax cleaner first just to get used to it. Just need better weather now.

I wouldn't use that red pad, no flexibility at all and very hard. Get a decent orange country lake pad or something
