1st use of Rupes.

I've finally broken out my Rupes LHR15 Bigfoot Mk2 which I got for Christmas. Wow, just wow! I'd previously used a Meguires DA which in all honesty I didn't like at all. The difference between the two in terms of vibration and balance is night and day, the Rupes was a pleasure to use and as a result I took my time and got a cracking finish. Now for the next problem, I can see an ibrid in my future! How am I going to get that past the wife???

They are great machines and the lack of vibration is night and day to the short throw type DA’s. After I got my LHR15mk2 last year I ended up with the LHR75e later in the year. My old Dodojuice rotary with 1”-2” spot pads does the job in the really tight areas so I didn’t have to loose sleep over getting an iBrid past ‘er indoors!

Bloody ell... Another post I didn't want to see!

I am debating whether to pull the trigger on the new Rupes LK900E Mille Deluxe Kit! Just don't know what to do! It's a lot of money!

I did originally want the 15MKll or 21MKll with a small 75e but I now want the Mille!!!

Decisions decisions!

The Megs wasn’t mine. It was borrowed from a neighbour. I’ll be having an ibrid at waxstock if there’s a deal to be had.

Just tell her it was £60. Everything I’ve bought cost £60, or so my mrs thinks

That’s probably the way I’ll go.
A few years ago I had a picture of my mine and my Dads car framed with “when I die I hope my wife doesn’t sell the parts for what I told her they cost” photoshopped on to it.

I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any of them. The one piece of advice I can give is that I got the best deal from slims on the telephone. They didn’t have the best price online but had a voucher code which I wanted to use but it didn’t apply to machines so I phoned and talked to them. They beat the price the voucher code would have given and the prices anyone else gave. It may not work at the time you need but it may well do and save you a few quid.
