Strange marks in GTechniq coated paint

Car had a complete CS and EXO treatment when new last year, then an EXO top up this spring.

Has been fine but these kind of mottled/streaking marks have been appearing in the last month. On just the rear quarter but now over more of the car. Really noticeable when drying the car and wiping over it "wet". Tried QD and C2v3 but makes no difference but show up the marks more whilst you're drying the product over the panel.

That said, even once dry, the marks are still there and visible from some angles?

I've done a quick search. Does this look like the EXOv2 water spot/mark issue??

This may seem a silly question but has the car been snow foamed when the surface was warm.

Not that I recall. I don't use snow foam on it, as it never gets dirty enough. Just pre-rinse with a jet-wash and then wash (with G-wash).

Would that give the effect seen then?
