Rotary pad issue

I ask same question almost month and half when recived new Rupes Rotary Pads but upon today no one from Rupes answer me nor over forums not to my emails so I hope someone here will do.
Upon reciving and inspection I see that central hole is out of centre (photos attached) so I am interested if it will affect performance and balance?
The worst is with 180 mm ones but 135 mm and 160 mm are also out of centre - slightly less but still out.

I would try the pad and see what happens. A DA is very sensitive to pad placement on a backing plate and so would be out of balance but a rotary seems more forgiving

However, I do admire your attention to detail (no pun intended)

I still hope that someone from Rupes will chime in and offer to replace these pads or allow distributor to send new ones as they are not cheap ones.
For that reason I still not use them.
Also, Rupes is respectability company and I think that things like this must not happen and pass QC and that almost 45 days no one answer to my emails :-(.

If an organisation had not responded within 45 days I would just phone whomever you bought them from or write to them.

I inform seller first day and they still did not get respind from Rupes. They meet each other at Automechanika Frankfurt and nobody from Rupes gives them any answer about issue.
