wet sanding with the DAS-6

I'm just wondering if there are any wet sanding backing plates and stick on disks 2000 and 4000 for the DAS-6 as I'd like to wet sand a few nasty bits.

Cheers

All you need is a smaller backing plate to suit you DA. 75mm and some 77mm velcro pads.
Gordon.

I bought the disks from PB, and used them with both the hand back and DA backing...

Just ordered some more in fact!

What speed do you use them on the DA (I have a Porter Cable rather than a Kestrel or G220)

thanks

I used them on 1, then stepped up to 2 for as long as I thought needed, then back down to 1 again...

Worked like a charm!

A very good point Epoch, anyhow its all your fault mate. If you hadn't posted that thread with your air sander I wouldn't have brought one so quick
