The thick foam cannot be accomplished by BH Autofoam, I wouldn't let this worry you.

I agree about brushing around the windows and stuff, you can go about this two ways, go and spray on APC on the areas while the foam is dwelling and agitate from there on, or add another snowfoam with a different product which does foam up.

I'll try to borrow another Karcher PW to see if it makes any difference to the results I'm getting.

I dont really see a problem with having BH foam run off without foaming like some of the pictures posted on this site, as long as it's doing the job which to my mind is take the muck with it to the ground, now if I wanted pretty pictures!! I now use a Karcher foam bottle (yeah I know) and the result is the same as I had before I broke my "proffesional" lance!! and I've used different Karcher power washers with no telling difference!!
