Brand New Car

Hi

Due to take delivery of a new car next week (White Renault Clio 220 Trophy, black gloss alloys)

I’ve asked the dealer not to wash the car, and was just hoping for a bit of advice on what process I should take just to get the best of the limited stuff I’ve got to hand

Other than wash mitt etc I’ve got:

Bilt hamber AutoGlym
Bilt hamber AutoWash
HDD fallout remover gel
G3 clay mitt
Poorboys nattys paste wax (white)
Poorboys Diamond White (glaze?)
Poorboys Black Hole (glaze?)
AutoGlym SRP & AutoGlym EGP
Fusso light

I was thinking snow foam, 2 bucket wash, fallout remover, clay mitt, then not sure for protection?

Thanks guys

Definitely Fusso light, brilliant stuff.
I have about 30 waxes and sealants and Fusso is the best protective one out of them all.

Thanks for the reply

I’ve always thought of fusso as something to go on top of other products but then I hear you can get bonding issues. So just fusso directly onto the prepped paint work?

Would probably be happy to buy other products if required, I’m thinking perhaps I need something different to seal wheels

Nah Fusso is a normal "main" product .. you can just use it directly on a well cleaned surface. I think it's rather a Teflon (Fluorine) based synthetic coating than what you'd really call a "wax". From what I heard and saw, it performs really well and in the 12 month variant also stays for quite a while (depending on car use of course). If you want to stay lean and mean, it can also be used on wheels .. should stick there for quite a while, too.

Fusso will happily sit on top of SRP for months on end if you want to clean the paint up with that prior to application.
