Meguiars Fast Finish

Just seen an ad for the new fast finish that has been released in the UK. Has anyone used it and would you recommend it?

I'm not sure if Meguiars can improve on their Ultimate Quik Wax. That has been my No.1 product for years.

Is this new product a gimmick to boost sales?

Hi MX

Yes I used it at the weekend. Like you I am a huge fan of Ultimate Quick Wax.

The Fast Finish really is a wowo product, and certainly looked great on my friend's White Cayman.

I chose to use it on the Cayman as he isn't able to look after it like he used to and we are interested to test the longevity claim.

Bit subjective but possibly very slightly glossier than the UQW (I had machined polished the car a couple of months ago).

I would say give it a go. It really is very easy to apply and remove (lives up to the name).

I thought this had been out for a while but the American reviews tend to be very positive. Looks like a nice and easy to use consumer product

Intersting, not seen this yet...

Is it the same as their Ultimate Quick wax, but a newer formula ?

I'm intrigued with the aerosol can that it comes in. Potentially more of a sealant than a wax? Someone may have a different opinion.

I just love UQW. Best product iv ever used of its category.

Isn’t UQW just a spray sealant anyway?

Can this be used as a stand alone sealant as well as a top up product?

Meguiars fast finish

You can buy it in Halfords. I have bought it it’s out this world so easy to use. I have given my classic car two coats and well pleased with it. My car is huge and still have half a can left. It says not for glass i used it on all my glass it’s amazing on glass cleans great and is smear free instantly.
