CTR 100ml glass jar

Ok so this is quite random but does anybody have a spare empty 100ml CTR glass jar laying around?

Basically I bought a jar of CTR from here and it turned up this morning perfect with no problems what so ever, I put it with all my other waxes on my wax shelf and got excited about using it. Fast forward 2 hours and we had a surveyor come round to have a look at something in the property today and he put his clip board on my wax shelf without looking at what he was doing, he then dragged it off the shelf followed by my jar of CTR which smashed all over the floor
Thankfully I managed to salvage the wax as it stayed on one part of the jar and didnít get dirty or get any glass in or on it thank god!
The surveyor is refusing to replace it and itís really annoyed me, Iíve managed to put it in an old empty wax tub for now but Iíd like to be able to get it back in a proper glass jar instead.

I would be really wary that there were no tiny shards of glass in the wax.

Also did you employ the surveyor? If so, then deduct your loss from their payment.

Iíve had a good look with a jewellers loupe and Iíll also scrape the outside layer of wax off just to be safe but basically as it fell the jar hit another shelf broke clean in two one half fell to the floor and smashed and the other half with the wax in landed in a bag of old t-shirts so it broke the fall lucky enough.

Unfortunately the surveyor was paid in full in advance by my other half a week ago.

Can never understand why some manufacturers use glass jars for exactly the reason you've just had.
Yes, it gives them a 'premium' feel, but they're just to susceptible to getting smashed.

Talk about rude. Glad it's sorted but I'd have expected him to cover the costa of a new pot. Leave a poor review on the guys page.
