Britemax Blackmax is great to give the paint a quick polish before you apply LSP, if you prefer to do something other that just apply the wax. Leaves a great finish as well. I gave the bonnet a five minute go over with Blackmax and then two coats of Finis on Saturday, looks lovely.

I often top up with BH Hydra Wax, Britemax Vantage or Finish Kare #2685 during the summer, as all are very easy to apply and remove, requiring minimal buffing.

Personally I hate the thought of this and you are essentially rubbing over the contaminants bonded to the paint
I'd rather stick to using your sonax BSD especially as a drying aid and it will boost your protection

6 weeks on and the wax has 100% worn off. Has no beading whatsoever for the past 2-3 weeks.

Won't do it that way again, waste of time and wax IMO.

I stick a different wax on sometimes every couple of weeks as I just like to play!
