Kranzle Choice?

I've decided on a Kranzle, for the car and also for driveways etc. I do the families card and drives too.

The choice is the Kranzle K10/122..600 litres per hour, 135 bar OR Kranzle 2160 TS 660 litres per hour, 150 bar

Both are the same price brand new but don't know which one to go for.
I've spoken to someone with a K7 and they swear by it but never heard anyone with a 2160 before.

Does anyone have any advice? Thanks Li

I have a K1152 TST so can't offer much specific advice about your two choices, but personally I'd go for the one with the highest flow rate. You can always turn it down, but if the smaller one isn't enough, you can't turn it up.

I'd suggest checking the specifications and then the flow rate from your outside tap before buying either, just to make sure you've got enough water for them to operate.

The 2160 is really heavy (like mine), but as it comes on wheels it will be easier to move around than the K10. If you can afford it, I'd also suggest getting the TST version with the hose reel. It makes life so much easier than having a loose hose to store somewhere.

I'm slightly surprised they're the same price incidentally. The 2160 is twice the price of the K10 on Kranzle UK's site.

I hope this is of help to you.

Like previous poster says they are very different price band. If you can get a 2160 for the same price as a K10 then it is a no brainer.

Iíve bought a lightly used K10 from the for sale section on here a few weeks ago, canít really comment on it too much itís still not had a great deal of use, but..... after years of Karcher etc this is just lovely. Very powerful, easy to use, love it. The quality just shines through, Iíve even polished up the brass head on it, itís gleaming. I know itís just a pressure washer, but whichever model you go for, Iím sure you wonít be disappointed.

Before you decide on a PW, it's also worthwhile doing a flow test result at home to make sure your water pressure supply is adaquate for the machine.

Is the 160 good Steve?

I can get the 2160 for £800 new. With all the quick release, HD hose extended to 20m, 3 lances it is £950 all in delivered.
The K10 with all that comes in at £750-£800 so I wonder if the 2160 is worth the extra?
