Does this one smell of white spirit or does it have the normal pleasant Gyeon aroma?

shumak - cleanse the leather with your regular leather cleaner and a natural brush dedicated for leather upholstery. If the product keeps on beading/repelling water, give it a very very gentle wipe with Q2M Prep - but please be sure, you have tested Prep on a small piece of leather in a hidden place!

How does this compare to a product like the old Carpro leather and fabric coating? (I know they have also released a new leather coating, but I own their old one).

Can you please clarify I instructions and application - I assumed it would be same way of applying Gtechnic L1 but then double checked and it was different.. I sprayed on a sponge pad and then wiped residue with a MF cloth - is this OK? Should I spray directly on seat or applicator and leave even if wet glossy look is there?

Also not sure about rate of application per seat section?

Thanks for your help.
