Curbed an alloy.

Just touched the kerb today and have a 2” Mark that’s rough to touch. Problem is I had them done 2 month ago in hyper silver and I’m struggling to find any paint to match, I know I can get chrome touch up but not sure what a decent make is. Any advice appreciated.

Could you not get some touch up from the wheel place that did them?

I feel your pain btw.

Managed to get something close but need to know what grit I will need to tackle it myself, it’s about 2” long and on the edge of the alloy.

By I assume paper grit grade?

Try 800 and if doesn't touch it go courser. Then go progressively finer to remove the marks the previous grade left.

Thanks. I’ve got 1500-3000 so will need to get some 800 and have a go.
