Aerosols - Can they be carried on Air?

I had raised a ticket to your help desk a week ago. I need the Sonax Aerosols ( Sonax PNS, Sonax Xtreme Protect & Shine, Sonax Tar Remover etc.). Since I am in India, I want to get these shipped to a friend in UK who will then carry these in luggage to India.

Is this typically allowed or Aerosols are prohibited? I am very keen on the entire Sonax range but unfortunately the shipping cost to India on your site are too high.

I am sure you can order aerosols directly from a company. Putting them in your ordinary handluggage will be a problem, I think :P

Only CYC sells Sonax in the UK. Nobody else does.
Buying from Germany is difficult due to language issues.

No, not hand luggage. I was referring to check-in luggage.

Cant see it being a problem in check in as everyone carries deodrant etc on holiday.

Will be fine in your suitcase that goes in the hold. Putting them in hand luggage will not end well

As CYC never got back to me about shipping to NZ, I ended up shipping to my parents house and then just mailed them to New Zealand. Didnt seem to be a problem.
