Can we add NSFW to the subject - not good when the HR manager walks past as you're innocently scrolling downt the page to see how the test is going!

Wow , great body work

Although, and this is a serious point, i never think those 'dresses' look right with bra's, they are not designed for them....just my opinion there ;-)

*Very impressed with the work on the 206 CC, huge transformation

Just out of interest, what are those two longish plastic objects on the bed?

Please tell me they´re remote controls. Or something.

so,

Its now been over 2 years since this car was completed and on the road.

We decided to stop the test after a year (meaning stop recording the data , but carried on washing and seeing the results) , the reason for the stopping the test is the that both products companies in the test have revised/change their line up so it would be silly to carry on with such a test on products that are no unavailable.

One thing is how well all of these similar coatings last.
The car has ONLY been washed and been clayed and topped up with Gtechniq EXOv2 , i am trying to think back 5-10 years ago of a protective coating that would last this long in the real world , "real world" meaning this car is parked outside all year and ONLY gets a wash once every 6-8 weeks if its luckly.

So here is the car 2 years on.

Over the last 2 years and 8000 miles its had a lot of work carried out by KDS,
on top of the original full respray / rebuild its had

OUTER CV JOINT N/S
BRAKE DISCS REAR
BRAKES DISCS FRONT
TIMING BELT KIT
WATER PUMP
WHEEL BEARING N/S/R
COMPLETE EXHAUST AND CAT
HEAD LIGHT LEVELING DEVICE
LOWER WISH BONE X2
CLUTCH KIT
GEARBOX OIL SEALS
FRONT WHEEL BEARING KIT
COMPLETE DRIVE SHAFT O/S
HEATER BLOWER MOTOR
FRONT BRAKE PADS
FRONT TYRES
GEUNINE HEADLIGHT CONVERSION

PLUS MANY MORE ITEMS LIKE THE NORMAL SERVICE ITEMS

I have spent £2500 in parts alone at trade price and i guess would price the labour of the entire work carried out to this little car in excess of £10000.

Is it worth it ????? i leave that to you to decide

Its now come time to move on as we have just finished another project car thats the replacement for the 206cc as a larger 4 door car is needed.

The replacement car in question is this

A new thread of the replacement car will come soon

your eyes wont believe HOW bad the lexus was before we got to work on it

regards kelly
