I took a gamble as well on the jays wax and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use and the finish was way above what I expected, my only gripe is it seems to sweat excessively but for the price u can't go wrong
cheers for the reply about the spoiler add on and wow looks like the wax you tried has done a good job of bringing out the gloss in your paint and love the look of the whole car fella some very nice mods you have added
I'll keep an eye on the wax pal. Prob put it in the fridge for 5 before use. I nearly bought the rs before this but I wanted something a little newer but not for price of new rs. That said I could have money I've spent.
New toy to add to the collection. Just need to work out how much snow foam to use. This was the first one to hand. Foams up alot better than it looks in the photo. Ill give it a proper review once I've used it properly
big smiles. the diffuser has turned up. was a little harder than expected to fit but all ok now, anyone buying one it looks an inch small but it does fit. so come home from work and got straight into fitting it. with a bit of a clean and wax
Cheers pal. The tips are milteks gt100. So would imagine 100mm just right for the car. Don't look too big.
The boot mat. Amount of people who ask is unreal. Simple answer is tho I don't know. It's a total one of. I bought it second hand. The st was orange was orange. The guy before me got it second hand and didn't know owt either. It's real carpet as they would use in the house. Had loads of people on forums try getting one made bit no one seems to have the right machine for that. If they do must be expensive. All I could say must be someone in the carpet industry
I'd use 2 pac laquer on it. Comes up amazing. I didn't use it on the front lip as I'm hoping to get it all off later on in year and have the front end sprayed. Took some sanding too. Ended up getting 120 grit on it to get right down to the carbon. Then 600 wet and dry. Won't damage the carbon.
Show plates . I wanted 3d letter so have got in touch with the guys who made them. And I'm gonna buy a scan me sticker. But I am happy with them. The qr code works which is the main thing. It's only a gimmick but if u scan it, it'll go straight to my project thread on focusstoc.com
I'd have them checked pal. Bleeding. May no machanic but mine feel same as before. At slow speed I only need to touch them.
Sounds like another trip to the garage. I really must get better with the spanners. Liking the red stitching you have in the interior. Is that one of those flat bottom steering wheels off of ebay?
