Interior fabric wipe over, what product

I usually give my seats and carpets a quick wip over once, twice a year.

Usuallly use some FAB in a spray bottle with a microfibre.

My FAB has no almost run out, what alternatives can i use

Surfex?

I use Surfex on most surfaces on my interior without an issue with it diluted down to 5%. I also rinse off with a damp MF but that's my paranoia - I expect it would be fine to simply buff on and off
