Bear Car Care Radiant Spray Wax Review

Good update and yes, certainly looks to be sheeting like a good un.
Does the paint work still feel slick to the touch or just when washing ?

I’m hoping to try it out shortly on wife’s motor

If the best I have experienced is a 10/10, and it was an 8/10 when freshly applied, it’s probably a 5/10 now. Not bad at all.

So I know you’re probably all bored of this thread jumping back to the top of your feed. But I thought I would post my final check in with this product. To recap, the car bonnet was cleaned with Megs Wash+ about 5 weeks ago. It was panel wiped and then sprayed down with Radiant as per instructions.
Work has been busy and I have probably only washed it about 4 times in the meantime, and I have documented the water behaviour etc during it. Started off very strong, and gave a nice look to the car with good slickness.
So fast forward to my last-but-one wash and I could tell it was starting to drop off. Still sheeted like a champ, and was slicker than bare paint, but I love a bit of beading.
So concluded my final test, I washed the car with Luminous. Which is a ‘supercharged wash and wax’ product I have reviewed separately, to see if this would bring any life back into the Radiant.

I’d be lying if I said it made any difference. I still absolutely love Luminous. It is a wonderful shampoo to work with, and it does provide a level of gloss. But I do not feel comfortable saying that it did anything to ‘enhance or revitalise’ the Radiant on the bonnet. It still sheets amazingly, as is pretty evident in the pics.
I did add another quick mist of Radiant to the bonnet though, and it did come back to full force the next time it rains.

In conclusion, in my experience, Radiant is a real full fledged LSP with spot on Carnuba Wax properties, which trades durability for insane ease of application. I believe this is the perfect topper for cars that are perhaps coated or sealed with high durability sealants; taking full advantage of the carnuba look in an easy topup format.

As usual, any questions, please ask.
