onfusion over Gyeon Wet Coat and Essance

I like to use Wet coat in the Winter but seen there is now a concentrate called essance. But 250ml costs £30 and given a 5:1 ratio suggested mix gives 1.25 litres. 4 litres of standard wet coat is £38?? What am I missing?

The dilution instructions are

ADVICE ON APPLICATION AND PRECAUTIONS:

Dilute product from 1:5 to 1:15 with RO water.
Shake well before applying.
Use only after washing the car with a pH-neutral shampoo.
Apply product only on a wet surface.

I think 5:1 is too strong.

I'm pretty sure standard wetcoat is more diluted than 5:1

Purified , deionised water etc basically pure water with a lot of the solids and impurities or minerals etc removed.
