Detergent bottle

I’ve just got a new pressure washer (Nilfisk C120) which comes with the standard detergent bottle. I realise this isn’t a snowfoamer but can I just put my normal car shampoo in it? Do I dilute it? Or must I get some specific shampoo for the detergent bottle?

A silly question I'm sure but I've never used a detergent bottle before.

I’ve got the same one. It does foam it up a bit. Feels like it uses it about as quickly as a normal
Snow foam gun set to max. So probably use similar dilutions.
People usually use wayyyy to much soap when using these guns anyway, chasing that perfect foam.
I use the detergent bottle with BH autofoam. And literally just use it to give the car a good spray down and let it soak.
I remember reading that most people were having to fill their bottles around 3:1 Product:Water to get the 4% PIR, with the lance. So I just fill it up neat. And use it sparingly over 3or4 cars.

Thanks. Using 3:1 I'm going to get through a fair amount of product. That said I've no idea how quickly it'll go down until I try it.

Remember you only need to wet the surface.
