56k Icon TML Valeting Ltd: 2 Days on a Porsche 911

This Porsche is a daily driver. The owner wanted it returned to its former glory as it gets a hard life driving around little lanes in the middle of Dorset. A month prior to this I did a pre-inspection and it was agreed it would take at least 2 days to sort it out and correct the paint!

So here it is before work began.

Better start washing

Snow foaming

After foaming it was washed with the 2BM and lambswool mitt

After this process was completed the car was clayed.

I always start the interior first here it is finished. Fully cleaned and leather treated with Gliptone.

The engine was then dressed.

Exhausts were cleaned and polished

Time to start the machine polishing but first, what do I have to play with?

Swirls

Bonnet before

After

Drivers door before

After

Now these are supposed to be 50:50's on the wing but I find them hard to get the camera to work taking these.

Wing fully corrected

The sun came out

The sills were done with the mini pad

All the machining was done with with Menz 3.02 and Megs burgundy and refined with Megs beige and Menz 85rd.

Next part was my favourite, the waxing. A coat of Raceglaze #55 followed an IPA wipedown

Tyres & trim dressed whilst the wax was curing before being fully buffed twice.

Which now leaves the finished photos.
