Nanolex BMW Z4 Roadster- Gleammachine.

This Z4 Roadster was booked in for a 1-2 day minor correctional detail and Nanolex protection.
After the initial viewing the customer wanted a product that was durable, easy to maintain and gave a glass/wet like appearance.

Before.







Started of in the usual manner with a pre-spray to the alloys, lower half of bodywork and arches, left to dwell shortly and pressure rinsed,
Alloys cleaned with AS smartwheels at 1-1, arches cleaned with G101 and various brushes,

Finishing touches,



Megs APC applied through the foam lance and left to dwell whilst the shuts and engine bay were cleaned, finally pressure rinsed of and washed using the normal methods,



Fabric hood cleaned using Megs APC and a med stiff brush, then pressure rinsed of, this was finally sealed at a later date once dry and in a confined area with Nanolex roof protectant,





Dried using i4 Uber plush towels and areas de-tarred,



Surface contaminents removed with Zaino Z-18 and Megs LT,



Paintwork polished using Menzerna IP 3.02 on a Megs polishing pad, 2 hits to each panel, (close your eyes and use the force Luke )





Before and after, prior to refinement with Menzerna PO85rd,













With the machine polishing completed, the engine bay was dressed using AG Rubber and Vinyl,



Plastic mesh grill and arches also dressed using the above product,



The vehicle was then given an IPA wipedown to remove any oils,



Paintwork and shuts sealed using Nanolex basic sealant to protect for up to 12 months/12,000 miles,





Alloys also protected with the basic sealant and Opti-seal to the more difficult to reach areas, tyres dressed with 2 applications of Z-16,



Whilst the sealant was left for an hour or so to cure the tailpipe and backbox were polished with Britemax metal polish and final shine sealant,
Glasswork cleaned and sealed using Nanolex premium,
Interior given a quick vac, leather cleaned and fed using Z-9 & Z-10,
A final wipedown to the paintwork and glass & completed.
