WOW - I just love those brakes!
![]() Cracking Fiesta Clare ![]() Do you mind me asking how much it cost roughly to buy the SC and get it fitted? Just curious

Nice work, not keen on the mudflaps personally but I guess you want that kind of rally look?
I do like it when people mod an NA PROPERLY. I get bored of "yeah, so I got a remap init, got me like 7bhp more" If you're gonna do it, do it properly, cams etc and then you go one further and charge it! You might be able to answer something for me if your on the owners club and know about charging - I have seen a blue one driving around in the Eltham/Sidcup area quite often making a very very distinctive SC sound. Whining and growling. Any idea if it's on the OC and if it is charged? |

Only done Bedford once. Brands is our 'local' track and done that 3 times now I think. Quote:
Mine was done a few years back, but I believe you are looking at about just under £4000 for the kit supplied and fitted now. Quote:
Erm, to be honest I don't really know. There are quite a few out there and not all are on the forum. What other mods does it have? Quote:
I did however change the foam Pipercross for my old K&N element, and added a shield for that bit of extra protection, but that was just me. More of an issue is the Power Steering fluid boiling over and getting on the filter, as is very common on these. |

Absolutely awesome little beast, proper rocket ships. Glad to hear that you take it easy on the roads and play on the track, I had a friend with one of these little beasts, tragically died last week at the wheel. Love the brakes though, bet you have an absolute riot. What's next on the agenda?

That's such a cool car!
The air filter is crying out for a splash guard though

I wouldnt drive that Ford through a ford - BOOM BOOM!
Is the engine bay now too stuffed to relocate the filter into the engine bay? What about a Land Rover style snorkel lol. The other Fiesta I've seen looks similar to yours tbh, OE wheels, stripes, mudflaps etc and a bit lowered. It's the noise it makes when I've seen it that gives away it's had some work and It's not simply a massive noisey exhaust either. |

Very sorry to hear about your friend. Was that Mikey? There was a thread about his crash on STOC. Quote:
![]() As mentioned above, I have actually got a shield covering the filter for extra protection.
