This is a tricky one to answer, Audi have the best range simply because they offer a car in every sector. However, for me personally, if someone said here is £X go buy an Audi A4, BMW 3 Series, VW Passat etc. I would pick the BMW.

I think Ford, they have in nearly every price range an offer ( except executive)
City, mini, crossover, 4x4, mid class, sport, mpv, estate, and management cars.

I think the German cars just edge it on their range of cars over the others, the Japs aren't to far behind, all in my humble opinion.

In terms of how much choice you have its got to be Audi simply because they just have a massive range of vehicles

And BTW that doesn't mean its a good thing.......

I would probably plump for 'other' and mention Jaguar. There is not one car in their range I would not like to own. I can't really say that about any other manufacturer outside of the super/hypercar arena.
