Definitely shine. Beading is only cool to detailers but everyone appreciates a nice shiny finish

Shine most definitely, I never really understood that beading craze, fair enough it looks nice when it's raining but I'd rather keep my car dry and shiny.

Definitely shine. Beading is like car porn to me.

Believe it or not I will say beading. As its based on an LSP it's all about the prep work for the shine with the wax offering only a slight improvement. Would rather it produced stunning beads for that reason.

Beading for winter, shine for summer.

I agree with you on that why oh why spend a lot of time detailing a car and then chuck water at it madness...
I added my vote then checked the results and actually am a little surprised by the landslide percentage well so far anyway.
Have to say though that I find myself checking out other cars that catch my eye all the time result of being car mad and do catch myself looking to see if they have protection once its rained and most dont.
True detailers in my opinion will appreciate both and even a washed and polished car will show beading to some extent without wax.

yet you can get beading when there is no lsp present, also you can get no beading when the is great protection. Beading is not a guarantee that there is an lsp present.

For me its all about the look

See when you talk about beading, I like nice and tall tight beads, this gives me the reassurance that the paint has some good LSP on, so when you say you can get beading with no LSP on, well am a bit confused but remember that some LSP's don't bead just sheet so the surface is still well protected
