Hi

Evening All,

I have just bought a black focus ST estate from a dealer and it has some light spider swirling. As it has the usual dealer wash I want to give it its first detail so it can be safe for the rest of the winter.

I am here for some advice and research on a few extra products to add to my arsenal. I've already bought 2 buckets with grit guards, lw mit, mf towel, clay bar, foam pads, poorboys blackhole and soft fusso 99 dark.

I have been foaming and polishing for a while but i have never 2BM & clayed . I am learning so much already....

I also have scratch X 2.0 & AG SRP at my disposal. Any advice on winter washing and in what order to perform the above..

Thanks all...

Hi,

Have you got fallout remover and tar remover to go on before clay? May be worth adding these steps in first to remove as much as possible before claying?

As a rough guide, your two bucket method, decontamination with glue and tar remover then fallout remover then clay. Follow by wither poor boys black hole or SRP. Then Fusso on top.
