What attachment fitment is this Pressure Washer from B&Q?

As per the title really, just asking for a mate who has received the below pressure washer as a gift, he's looking to buy a snow foam lance but we're unsure what fitment it is.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like the connector is a Bosch type (no. 6 in the image below) But I'm not certain

That was what I was swaying towards, looks bosch-esque but it's still not the exact same shape, thanks for looking that up

I thought most generic washers tended to be Lavor fitting. Remember the pipe the adaptor fits to will be narrower, the adapter looks a bit odd as it's sat on a flat be bench with nothing below it.
