K4 Replacement Hose - any pressure drop and greasing connection

Looking to get a 15m replacement hose for a K4 Full Control Home from Qwashers (although ebay store say they are having issues at the moment so may have to wait a bit).

Just wanted check there is no noticeable loss in pressure that would cause any issues (OK with snow foam lance etc)?

Also noticed when I checked my current hose that the machine end connection was greased - I assume some multipurpose grease from halfrauds and such like will do the job?

Normal grease is not "water resistant" enough and can emulsify during use.
I use silicon grease (any plumber shop will sell some, or Screwfix) on my couplings.
Use any grease very sparingley so it doesnt get in the waterstream (leaves a greasy mark on your car.
On our hot water washer i clean the joints regular with brake cleaner to wash all the grit out (gun get dropped on the floor) and lightly grease it with silicon grease.
