I use APC and this bad boy of a brush, It may look puny but It sure packs a punch.

I use neat APC + Meguiars Versa Angle wheel brush.

Autosmart smartwheels gets crap off tyres with ease coupled with a tickle from a vikan brush,
g101 will work
Britemax Grime out will work also
