How many buckets do you use

Does everyone justusethe 2bm for wheels, then same 2 buckets for car wash

Or do you have a set of 4 buckets or even 3, rinse , wash, wheels

I have rinse wash and wheels, but also have a few normal buckets that get used for the odd jobs like cleaning arches or the underside... the 3 main ones are all marked so they’re never mixed up and all have their own grit guards.

The spare buckets are just there and all used for the same type of stuff, the one that got oil in it once was reserved solely for oil changes

I have 2 buckets for the paintwork, dont use any buckets for the wheels.

Spray on wheel cleaner, agitate with various brushes, power wash wheel, then power wash my brushes then go to the next wheel.

I have 3 buckets, 4 grit guards and 3 wash mitts.

Wash:
1 x Bucket, 2 x Black Grit Guard, 1x MF Mitt, 1 x MF Noodle Mitt (For lower panels, bumpers and sills)
Rinse:
1 x Bucket, 1 x Blue Grit Guard
Wheels:
1 x Bucket, 1 x Red Grit Guard, 1 MF Mitt

I do my wheels at the start of every wash and then the rinse bucket gets rinsed and clean water before i move on to wash the paint.

Snow foam and rinse first then just use one bucket of ONR with a grit guard and noodle mitt in it.
8 litres of water is enough for two car washes.
Wheels are done using old cloths with a spray wax as a drying aid.
