I know that EGP can be applied to paintwork, wheels and side glass but is it suitable for the front windscreen?

Hopefully it is as I don't really want to stray from AG products.

I've never put it on a windscreen before but to be honest, until right now I had never considered why I've never used it or thought about using it on the windscreen.

I'm thinking about using it for my pre-winter valet around the end of October. I'm guessing that it's similar to CG Jet Seal but better.

My plan is to fully valet the whole car then apply EGP on all exterior surfaces including glass, mirrors and wheels. The only place I'll struggle to get it on is the chassis, lol.

It'll be interesting to find out as I'll be doing similar although slightly earlier in September, because if the weather trend of recent years continues here in Cumbria, we have a good May (which we did) followed by rain till September (June hasn't disappointed) where we'll get half decent weather for a few short weeks while it cools.

Moral of the story is that the only seasonal changes we get in Cumbria is the temperature of the rain but at least I can usually get a good deep clean in May and September time

I think it will smear on the windscreen once the wipers kick in.

I never tried EGP on windows or headlights, I usually put HD wax on those parts. I find the aqua wax doesn't smear when applied to the windscreen and offers good protection.

Egp is essentially a wax. So that rules it out on a windscreen. I,ve used it every where else though.
I only use Fast glass/ glass polish they are fantastic products for what they do.
Remember less is best with glass polish so there is no dusting !!!
