Long time no...............anything! You still not feeling the love for that track sierra? This years race car is nearing completion after last years car won the class overall and gave us 3rd overall in the Tin Tops. Moving up a class with this one and looking for top 5 finishes overall.

That's good to hear, mate. I'd imagine it's a big thing to just know exactly what the problem is so the appropriate steps and medication etc. can be taken. The not knowing what's wrong is the most worrying part I'd guess.
Yup, that's me, although I'm not doing a 'pose' there LOL! I was just holding the camera above my head and taking a pic into the mirror (it was for Paul acutally (PTAV on here), who wanted to see what I looked like so he knew who he was taking to LOL, as we've been mates and 'PM'ing each other for ages now. I'm not into weight training in any big way (although I might start to step it up somewhat in the near future), I just have a few bits and bobs at home.

Wasn't on DW much yesterday - took the afternoon off to get the Puma detailed (making the most of the dry day, even though it's pi$$ing down today, as I'm sure you've seen).
Didn't you go to the specialist yesterday, or is it next monday? If so, how did it go?
