    Hi
Thanks for reply. Fitted ours yesterday. Decided against pipe running vertical so we have a 45 bend from top of stove and straight through wall lower down. I would have preferred the pipe straight up and then false wall to hide it all but wife thought it would make room look smaller!! I've used fire plasterboard to the sides and quite suprised how warm it gets!! Hoping once plastered and painted that the paint stays ok. Love it though it's taken 4 months to get to this stage and obviously winter will now end and a heatwave will start!

    Hi,
Thanks for the reply about your log burner, yours is similar to how ours will look. Although we are thinking of building a false wall across the corner above the stove to hide the flue going out through the wall. Just wondering- the black square plate on your wall, is that to tidy up the hole through or was it part of the flue that goes through?

    Thanks
    Nick
