Autoglym Super Resin would sort that out - relying on chemical cleaners as opposed to going down the abrasion route.
You also won't marr the paint and it won't affect the coating.

Imo there isn't loads of difference between products. How many times can there be the ultimate polish, wax etc.

Intensive Tar Remover on an old microfibre, scrub it, that will remove it. It is what we do here when removing dressings in between tests to leave a dressing free surface.
