Ultra quick, good results and 3 month's durability.

Wash, then polar seal through foam lance, PW off and dry.

I am a big fan of this and then follow up with Polar Seal.

You could go down the route of an invertor which will "convert" 12v DC from your car to 230v AC to run a mains powered device....
