Jaguar XK 4.2 Coupé - 2007

Hi

Jaguar XK 4.2 Coupé from 2007 with only 12000 miles arrived for a full detail
with the amazing 20" rimms.

Much kms drived on highway at high speeds come into enormous bug marks..

Good wash and clay for preparing the polishing session, but some bug marks remained and only with the paint correction come off.

A small paint test to see the best combo for the general area of the paint, 2 step polish was used.

The finished step i used Meguiars #205

The bonet come with holograms, swirls and wash marks ( Jaguar dealership preparation for used cars )

After correction

As early said some bug marks remained and only with paint correction come out

After...

A 5050

Fully corrected

More before

and after

Scratches were all over the car , some were sanded and others with polishing come off in full.

After

Headlight corrected

Not always is needed the sun gun or light spots for showing paint defects...

After some work the gloss and depth of the paint returned in a natural way.

The trunk had some sanding marks

Fully corrected

Sideway before

After

More scratches in the upper part of the door

Removed

Lower side

After

Second wash and the chrome with water spots.

without them

ZiMol WS curing.

HD Cleansed and Z Glasur (Fglaze 4 hours lateral)

Simply stunning this jag, IMHO one of the best looking ones

2 am and the other day was for the second Glasur layer

The interior cleaned and conditoned and one part was painted, almost full sucess in that plastic

Before:

After:

Plastic part with white paint and some glue alongside.

After

engine before and after

All ready for the show off

....comments off

And finished here
