Order 351114

Although I paid a whopping amount for NEXT DAY DELIVERY and waited in all day today, my order from Elite never turned up. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED.

I was given a delivery slot of 18.23 to 19.23 but looking at the route for the parcel it shows as out for delivery today, it was marked as "Back In Depot" before it was supposed to have been delivered.

So they shipped the item on time, the couriers had it to deliver but for whatever reason it didn’t get to you.

Frustrating yes! But hardly Elite’s fault!

Not wishing to get into a back forward on here but to me it's as simple as me paying for next day delivery and not getting it. It wasn't me who chose the couriers, Elite did and it was Elite that I paid for the delivery.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your email and apologies for your order not being delivered when it should have been. We’ll follow up with the couriers today and find out why they didn’t deliver.

I would also like to point out that when ordering aerosols our website defaults to the courier shipping option as they are a restricted item and Royal Mail wont carry them. Hence why you had to pay the £6.95 for a next day service.
