Excellent after sale support

Bought a Led lenser M7r from group buy here many years ago. Recently dropped from a height while at work. The battery holder broke. (remember this is after 5/6 years of use)
Tried online to find a replacement battery holder and could not source one. I thought that was the last of it. Then I contacted Whizzer (organised group buy) who passed it onto led lenser. Well they excelled sending me replacement battery holder free of charge! As they were unsure which model I had they sent one for new and old models.
Really cannot thank them enough!! Superb customer service and proves why they are such a good investment.
Service beyond call of duty guys!! Thank you so much

Led lenser is by far a brand you can trust, best customer service I have ever experienced.

Just bought an E41. Nice and simple. Headband's a little tight though.

You won't regret it! Hopefully the headband will ease off once you have worn it a few times. You use it for polishing? Or general headlight?
