Carplan Trade Crystal Glass Cleaner

My current glass cleaner is about to finish (Nilglass by Nilco) and saw the above at a reasonable price. Seems good value for money.

Is this stuff any good? Any real life reviews on it? Or should I stick with the Nilco?.

A couple of here use it and rate it - not one I’ve tried yet, but on my list to try when I require some more..

Hopefully they’ll be along to add their thoughts

Got a 5l for under £6 deliverd from CP4L a few months ago and its just IPA at 10-15% and DI water, you can dilute with DI water also if required.

However an even better deal if you can get there is 20l of triple QX glass cleaner from ECP for £3.70

Thanks for that /Rian! Have you tried it? I've just reserved a bottle as we get through loads of glass cleaner around the house

Yes and it works fine, its not IPA based but some organic solvent cant remember the name so very effective, even more so than crystal glass if i do say so

Also braught for round the house as its so cheap and will last a while, its an unbeleavble price for 20l when you realise the 5l is around £15

So the triple QX is overall better than the carplan?

Carplan, in my experience, make pretty decent products which are a bargain when bought in the 5 litre trade sizes.
